Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and US Shipping Express LLC, concerning your access to and use of US Shipping Express Site, its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and operated internet sites, digital assets, and the services we offer ("Services").



“We” or “Our’ or “Us” means US Shipping Express 


“You” or “Your” or “User” or "Member/s" means any person or entities using the Site and/or using the Services available in the Site

“Member Account” site membership or user account

“Visitor/s” means any person visiting the site

“Site” means the website and all contents accessible on URL link


“Services” means all the services that is offered by US Shipping Express  on the Site


“Acct” your own unique Account Number at US Shipping Express  warehouse


“Package” means expected goods, merchandise, freight, parcels and/or goods purchased by the User from US Online Retailers


“Shipment” means the goods, merchandise, freight, parcels and/or goods at the US Shipping Express  warehouse that is intended to be shipped to you


1. Registration and Website Use and/or User

1.1 You must register, create your own Member Account on the Site to enjoy the US Shipping Express services as a member.


1.2 All information provided upon creating your Member Account must be your legal name, address, payment provider and other legal information. 


1.3 Our Site membership is not available to persons under the age of 18 years.  You represent that you are 18 years and above and that you can lawfully:

  • Make payment as authorized by your own financial account.  Third party payment is not accepted.


  • Agree to these Terms of Use


1.4 Upon completing the registration and creating your Member Account, we will send you an email activation of your account, including your unique account number and US Shipping Express U.S. shipping address.


1.5 US Shipping Express reserves the right to deny or reject any registration without providing any reasons or explanation for our members' safety and security.


1.6 By creating your User account in the US Shipping Express Site, you authorize US Shipping Express to receive any and all of your packages that arrive at Our warehouse. And you assign US Shipping Express as your package forwarding agent to ship your packages to the shipping address registered into your account.

1.7 Use of another person’s account is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and it is your responsibility to keep your account password secure.


1.8 It is the member's responsibility to immediately notify US Shipping Express of any unauthorized use of their Account or any other breach of security related to your Account. You agree that US Shipping Express accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring due to the fraudulent use of your password, and you release US Shipping Express from all claims arising from the unauthorized use of your password.


1.9 Your US Shipping Express account is non-transferable; you may have a total of 2 shipping addresses in your account profile.

1.10 You must not use our Site or Services for any illegal activities or any unlawful purposes or violate any law in your country or the USA.  US Shipping Express reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


1.11 US Shipping Express services and shipping rates are exclusively reserved for our members only.


1.12 US Shipping Express reserves the right to limit, close, block, or suspend access to Our Site or any person's membership if we believe that person is under the age of 18 years or due to fraudulent or any illegal activities. US Shipping Express will report any fraudulent or illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement and USA authority. US Shipping Express shall not be liable to the Member or any other party for any damages, losses, costs, or expenses howsoever caused by or arising out of such termination or suspension. 

1.13 US Shipping Express reserves the right to refuse, return, or discard any item/s intended for someone not registered with US Shipping Express or whose identity has not been verified.


2. Services and Service Restriction

2.1 US Shipping Express does not offer services of receiving US Mail on our members' behalf. Under no circumstances will US Shipping Express receive any documents at our warehouse.


2.2 US Shipping Express will not accept your package on which the shipping charges are outstanding, and items are paid Cash on Delivery.  It is in US Shipping Express's sole discretion to refuse receipt of your package.


2.3 US Shipping Express service enables you to shop online from any United States retailers using your free US Shipping Express  U.S. shipping address.  Upon receipt of your package(s) at Our warehouse, We will process your package and arrange to ship it to your registered shipping address. No Post Office box delivery.


2.4 Members are responsible for ensuring that your online shopping is labeled correctly with your unique ACCT number and your US Shipping Express  U.S. shipping address.  Any mislabelled package is subject to additional fees and may result in delayed delivery of your package.  Please refer to Add-Ons for an applicable fee.


2.5 Any package that US Shipping Express is unable to ship to you due to reasons including but not limited to your failure to pay, take delivery, give proper instructions, failure to clearly address the package will be considered as an abandoned package or shipment and will be discarded, destroyed or auctioned.


2..6 US Shipping Express reserves the right to abandon any package or shipment at any time, particularly if the package or shipment is prohibited by law, prohibited or restricted by carriers, or violates any of these Terms of Use.


​3. Package Delivery at the Warehouse

3.1 US Shipping express will only accept deliveries from local U.S. shipping carriers, DHL, FedEx, OnTrac, UPS, USPS, etc.

3.2 Under NO circumstances will US Shipping Express accept any walk-in deliveries.


3.3 US Shipping Express will process your package between 1-2 business days from the package arrival date.

3.4 Your package details will be emailed to you, and you have an option to ship or consolidate.


4. Package Inspection and Repackaging Services

4.1 Without liability, US Shipping Express reserves the right to open and inspect your package before shipping as required by shipping carriers and U.S. Customs Border Protection.


4.2 As US Shipping Express open and inspect packages received at the warehouse; any packages that are received that are gift wrapped will be unwrapped.


4.3 US Shipping Express will turn over illegal package contents, materials, and goods to the US authorities and law enforcement for necessary investigation.


4.4 As part of the US Shipping Express exclusive member benefit, we will repackage your shipment to ensure that your package is fit for international shipping and remove all unnecessary packing materials for more cost-effective shipping. 


4.5 Free overview photos (3) of your package is included with your membership.  Detailed photo/s (i.e., individual item photo, brand, size, etc.) of your items can be arranged on request, and a service fee applies; please refer to our Add-Ons for applicable charges.


4.6 US Shipping Express will repackage your package into the same box that it has come with. We do not take out items from the original retailer’s packaging.


5. Consolidation

5.1 Only registered members have access to consolidation services included in their membership, excluding Consolidation Services Fee and Consolidated Boxes Fee.  Please contact our support team on to get fees and confirm services.


5.2 Consolidated Shipment can be shipped either via Air or Sea (Sea Cargo option may vary per country); please contact our support team on for more details.


5.3 US Shipping Express consolidates your packages into one (1) big box for a more cost-effective shipping package.


5.4 We consolidate per package into a bigger box and NOT per item.


5.5 Consolidation processes applicable to the Philippines are available here.


5.6 Shipment may be split into separate boxes, depending on size, quantity, and the total amount of consolidated items.


6. Storage Services

6.1 The free storage facility is exclusively offered to our members; please see membership plans for the number of allowed free storage days.


6.2 US Shipping Express will send you an email notification ten (10) days before your free storage expiry.  You can either proceed with shipping or extend your storage days up to seven (7) days with the applicable fee.  Please refer to Add-Ons for an applicable fee.


6.3 Should you reach the last of your free storage day, you must immediately ship your package.  Otherwise, it will be considered as an abandoned package or shipment.


6.4 US Shipping Express will abandon all packages or shipments after the free storage time expires.  All abandoned packages or shipments will be discarded, destroyed, or auctioned as per US Shipping Express's sole discretion.


7. US Personal Shopper Services

US Personal Shopper, please refer to our US Personal Shopper Term of Use.


8. Delivery Services

8.1 US Shipping Express endeavors to deliver your shipment to your doorstep. However, doorstep delivery is not guaranteed, and this may vary per carrier or country.


8.2 Since doorstep delivery is not guaranteed and beyond US Shipping Express control, We will not be liable for any loss, cost, or expenses you may incur which are caused or contributed to by the carrier that fails to deliver your shipment to your doorstep.


8.3 Shipping estimated delivery days are not guaranteed unless specified; shipments are subject to our carrier partner's internal warehouse processing timeline. US Shipping Express shall not be liable for our carrier's partner delivery delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control. You agree that US Shipping Express accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring due to the shipment delays.

8.4 Only Premium Carrier, FedEx has the option for guaranteed shipping delivery, please email for more details.


9.  Shipping Fees and Restrictions

9.1 The shipping fee is charged at the rate applicable to your package; please refer to our shipping prices.


9.2 Shipping chargeable weight is based on the package actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, then rounded up to the highest pound (if applicable.)


** Volumetric weight calculation is Length (L) x Width (W) x Height (H) / Carrier dimensional weight factor. Dimensional weight factor may vary per shipment carrier.


9.3 All customs duties and taxes applicable on the total value of goods (goods price, sales tax, and shipping charges) and any third party charges are excluded on shipping fees. You will have to pay these applicable charges before or upon delivery of your shipment (payment option of duties and taxes may vary per our shipping carrier partner).


9.4 Customs Authorities in your home country impose duties and taxes (if applicable, may vary per country of destination). You are responsible for paying these charges along with any customs processing fees directly to our shipping partner’s local representative.


9.5 Members are responsible for paying the return shipping fee should you opt not to pay the Customs Authorities' duties in your home country.


9.6 US Shipping Express will instruct our shipping carrier partner to dispose of the shipment should you refuse to pay return shipping fees.

9.7 You agree to pay all applicable shipping fees and other charges, including customs duties and taxes (if applicable, this may vary per country of destination) that have been charged to your account. You have 2 business days upon receipt of an invoice to settle your shipping charges. Should you fail to pay shipping fees within 2 business upon receipt of the invoice, we will automatically move your package to the storage facility. Applying terms of use in storage will apply. 


9.8 Customs duties and taxes may differ from the amount you paid US Shipping Express (if applicable); your country’s Customs Authority dictates the amount.  Should the amount be more than Our estimated charge (if applicable), US Shipping Express reserves the right to charge you, and you will have to pay the difference, including but not limited to penalty, fine, extra expenses incurred by US Shipping Express.


9.9 US Shipping Express will NOT ship your packages to any address within the USA, except for packages returned to the U.S. retailers.


9.10 US Shipping Express will only accept to ship brand new electronic products (i.e., laptops, tablets, digital cameras, etc.) that are powered by Li-ion batteries that are still in the retailer's original sealed packaging


9.11 US Shipping Express will only receive deliveries at our warehouse packages that are shipped directly from retailers. Under no circumstances will we accept packages from random people.


9.9 US Shipping Express has daily shipments out from our warehouse. Delivery date information will be available once the carrier provides details.


9.12 Carrier processing and turnaround time are between 2 to 4 business days until the tracking number is made online. Each carrier has its own timeline beyond the US Shipping Express control and cannot guarantee website 


9.13 All shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice and are not guaranteed, except when the shipping invoice has been issued and paid within 2 business days of the invoice date.

9.14 US Shipping Express adheres to carrier restrictions on items that can be shipped via Air or Sea Cargo; please refer to Restrictions for more information.  Restrictions may vary per country of destination.


10. Export and Delivery Services

10.1 All packages will be shipped via our shipping carrier partners and methods.  No other third party shipping carriers and methods allowed.


10.2 All export items must adhere to the rules and regulations provided by carriers and by U.S. Custom & Border Protection, US Department of Commerce, and Department of Homeland Security.  Should any items fall under the prohibited item or restricted items, US Shipping Express will not export them.


10.3 Although we endeavor to deliver your package on time, the estimated delivery date is NOT guaranteed. The actual delivery date for a package may vary per country of destination.


10.4 Any shipment that is over US$ 2,500 will be sent through either DHL or FedEx only as they are the only carriers that can ship with that high value of a package. An Electronic Export Information is needed for such shipment; please contact member support team for more information.


10.5 Communicating and coordinating with the Customs Authority at the port of entry for any shipment issues or disputes is your responsibility. US Shipping Express will not communicate and follow up with Customs Authorities on your behalf. We will provide you with all the necessary information for your shipment if needed.


11. Shopping Item/s Return Services

11.1 US Shipping Express can assist with returning your shopping item/s to the U.S. retailer you have purchased from.  We arrange printing of the return label (if applicable) and package ship out. You will be charged a nominal Service Fee; please refer to Add-Ons for the applicable fee.


11.2 US Shipping Express can assist return through U.S. local carriers, UPS, USPS, FedEx only.


11.3 You will have to contact the U.S. retailer from where you purchased your items directly and initiate the return process. Under NO circumstances will US Shipping Express contact retailers on your behalf.


11.4 The U.S. retailer will confirm your return by email along with the return shipping label.  Email the return shipping label to for printing and ship out.


11.5 US Shipping Express will confirm that the package has been shipped out via email.


11.6 Return is subject to the retailer's return policy, and therefore you shall coordinate and communicate the return process directly with the retailer.


12. Insurance and Claims

12.1 As an exclusive benefit for US Shipping Express members, all shipment through US Shipping Express provides free insurance with a shipment value of between $50-$100.  Insurance value varies on shipment carriers.


12.2 Additional shipping insurance is optional; members have the option to purchase additional insurance for their shipment with a value of up to $200 and above.  Please contact member support for an additional insurance fee.


12.3 The shipment carrier's liability for any loss or damage to the shipment (which term shall include all goods) is limited to a maximum of free insurance included per box unless additional insurance is purchased. 


12.4 Package insurance value cannot exceed the item’s actual value.  Customs declarations are used to determine the insurance claim value. The actual retailer’s invoice is a must for all insurance and claims requests.


12.5 Shipment claims are subject to the carrier’s insurance and claims policy. Please email Us at for more information.


13. Privacy Policy

US Shipping Express privacy policy applies; please refer to our Privacy Policy.


14. Force Majeure

US Shipping Express will not be liable for any delay, breach, or failure to perform our obligation to you under these Terms of Use or any loss, cost, or expenses you may incur which are caused or contributed to by an event that is beyond US Shipping Express control, for example, Acts of God, fire, flood, natural catastrophes, failure or delay of carriers, civil disturbances, insurrections, riots, wars (declared or undeclared), the act of terrorism, strikes or lock-outs or stoppage or restraint of labor from whatever cause, whether partial or general.

15. Membership Termination and Compensation

15.1 US Shipping Express reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service upon violation of any provision of these Terms of Use, and US Shipping Express will not be liable to compensate you for such termination.

15.2 You have to ship out all your packages that are in storage before the termination date. Otherwise, these packages will be considered abandoned, and the abandoned package policy will apply.


15.3 US Shipping Express reserves the right to refuse to accept any package delivered to your Account after the termination date.

16. Change on Terms and Conditions, Services and Fees

Addition, change or update to these Terms of Use, Services, and Fees from time to time is entirely at the sole discretion of US Shipping Express without notifying you. Any and all changes to these Terms of Use, Services, and Fees will be published on the US Shipping Express Website ( and will be effective on the publication date thereof. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use regularly to remain in compliance with these terms. Your use of your Account constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between US Shipping Express and you relating to your use of the Account and/or Service.


17. Governing Law 

These Terms of Use, your use of the Site, and our Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.  


18. Corrections

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.


19. Disclaimer

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the site and our services will be at your sole risk.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.  We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the site’s content or the content of any websites linked to the site. US Shipping Express will assume no liability or responsibility for any (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials, (2) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the site, (3) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (4) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the site, (5) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the site by any third party, and/or (6) any errors or omissions in any content and materials or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the site.  We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the site, any hyperlinked website, or any website or mobile application featured in any banner or other advertising, and we will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and any third-party providers of products or services.  As with the purchase of a product or service through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.


20. Limitations of Liability 

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site and services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold US Shipping Express harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:


  1. Your Contributions.

  2. Use of the Site.

  3. Breach of these Terms of Use.

  4. Any breach of your representations and warranties outlined in these Terms of Use.

  5. Your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

  6. Any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site with whom you connected via the Site.


Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.


22. User Data 

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site to manage the Site's performance and data relating to your use of the Site.  Although we perform routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. You agree that US Shipping Express shall have no liability to you for any such data loss or corruption. You hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.


23. Electronic Communications, Transactions & Signature

Visiting the site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the site satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing.  You hereby agree to use electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records and electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions initiated or completed by us or via the site. You hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic means. 


24. Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us due to these Terms of Use or use of the Site. You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against us by having drafted them. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms of Use.


The U. S. law applies to the establishment, authority, and interpretation of these Terms of Use.

If there should be any litigation between US Shipping Express and its members, the jurisdiction of the United States of America, State of California, Orange County will be applied.

US Personal Shopper Terms of Use

U.S. Personal Shopper Service
Terms of Use

1. US Personal Shopper Service is an exclusive membership benefit with US Shipping Express, and only registered members have access to this exclusive service. Applicable service fees apply.


2. US Personal Shopper service fees, US Sales Tax (collected by the retailer), and any shipping-related fees are added to the total item(s) purchase amount.  Please refer to our US Personal Shopper for applicable charges.


3. Our member support team will send you an invoice for your request, and you have 2 days to settle the invoice.  Keep in mind that item/s are not put on hold, and availability is not guaranteed.


4. For all completed the US Personal Shopper requests, US Personal Shopper Service Fee and Credit Card Fee are Non-Refundable.


5. NO US Personal Shopper requests can be modified or canceled once the order is placed.


6. US Shipping Express opens and inspect packages received at the warehouse; we will NOT accept retailer's gift wrapping options for any US Personal Shopper requests.


7. US Shipping Express will NOT accept US Personal Shopper requests for items' bidding (eBay, Goat, Stock X, etc.). We can only accept the direct purchase of items.


8. US Shipping Express will NOT use a member personal retailer account on any US Personal Shopper requests.


9. US Shipping Express will NOT use member personal retailer coupon(s) for any US Personal Shopper requests.


10. US Shipping Express will NOT accept gift cards to be used for any US Personal Shopper requests.


11. US Shipping Express uses confidential information with US Personal Shopper purchases. We will NOT share this confidential information (email address, billing zip code, packing list, retailer's invoice, etc.) with the member.


12. US Shipping Express offers the US Personal Shopper services as a third party, and we abide by the retailer's terms of use and shipping policies.


13. US retailer’s order processing and shipping timeline are beyond the US Shipping Express control and cannot guarantee delivery dates.

14. US retailers do not give prior notice for any processing or shipping delays.  US Shipping Express can only follow up with the retailer but solely rely on retailers' timelines.


15. US Shipping Express will provide order numbers received from the retailers’ to the member.  The order number is not a guarantee of item availability until it has been shipped out by the retailer. 


16. Retailers can still cancel purchases even if an order number is provided due to item unavailability or item inventory is not updated on the retailer’s website, especially during sale events.


17. We can assist with the return of your US Personal Shopper orders at no extra service fee charge. Returns are subject to the retailer’s return policy on items purchased.


18. All associated fees with the return including return shipping and insurance fees (if required by the retailer) will be charged to you.


19. US Personal Shopper and Credit Card fees are not refundable if the retailer cancels our order after the order is placed. In all cases, US Shipping Express can only refund what is refunded by the store to US Shipping Express.


20. If a member requests to return item(s) after the order has been placed, US Personal Shopper and Credit Card fees are non-refundable.


21. The retailer return process may take up to 30 days to be completed. The refund amount will be credited to the member's US Shipping Express account that can be used for shipping fees unless the member requests otherwise.  Refunds cannot exceed the total amount refunded by the retailer to US Shipping Express.
