Service Update: Russia, Belarus & Ukraine
March 18, 2022
We have suspended our shipping and U.S. Personal Shopper services to Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
We are deeply disturbed by the ongoing violence in Ukraine. Our thoughts and solidarity are with all people suffering due to the violence.
Our shipping services to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine have been suspended, which is why we are not accepting packages or U.S. Personal Shopper requests for our members residing in these countries until further notice. We will keep you updated about any further developments.
Our shipping and courier partners have also suspended inbound services and domestic operations in Russia, Belarus, and/or Ukraine.

Service Update: Philippines
Oct 20, 2021
We have temporarily paused our sea freight services to the Philippines
for non-commercial shipments.
We have temporarily paused our sea freight services to the Philippines for non-commercial (personal goods) shipments. We are experiencing an unprecedented backlog across ports in the U.S. and some parts of Asia due to the lingering effects of the global pandemic on our global supply chain. The backlog has caused significant delays in sea freight as never seen before.
Our number one priority has always been to deliver the best customer experience and white-glove service that we have been known for by our members. But, unfortunately, the shipping delays have affected our ability to provide seamless sea freight services at this point.
Shipping by Air remains available for non-commercial or personal goods. Sea freight services remain available for high-volume commercial shipments.
